The Physical Education Department at Workman High School follows the state standards in individual, dual, and team sports.  The FitnessGram is used within the physical education department to assess all students in PE.  Students are evaluated according to their own progress against the State standards.  PE teachers chart student individual progress in activities such as running the mile, sit-ups, push-ups, body fat percentage, and flexibility.
