College and Career Planning

In addition to WOHS Counseling Department offering support in areas of college and career, CAP and Mt. SAC are two programs on campus available for students. Both programs work in conjunction with the Counseling Department to provide students with a full range of college admission information and career pathways support.

  • CAP provides free college readiness advisement and topic-specific workshops for high school and middle school students, families, and college graduates.

  • Services include assisting students and graduates with college applications, financial aid, and other essential college preparatory access and success support.

  • Students needing help, guidance, or resources to understand and plan for college admission can visit the student union

WOHS CAP coordinator Areli Patino, is available twice a week for the 2025-2026 school year for drop-in support at our school, parent events and graduation.
