Dance P.E.

This course is designed to build students' knowledge of movement through the exploration of the Elements of Dance, movement vocabulary, conditioning, body mechanics, and non-dance forms of movement.  Students will also engage in conversations relating to maintaining a healthier body and mind, using movement as a starting point for creating healthier habits.  All students are expected to engage in both movement and non-movement based activities.
